What You'll Be Doing:
This role is all about providing
person-centred care
. You will be responsible for ensuring that the individual receives the highest standard of support. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and well-being.
Supporting outings and adventures to community spaces.
Assisting with household tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable living environment.
Communicating clearly and confidently in their preferred style, ensuring you build a strong and trusting relationship.
