Duties and Responsibilities

As part of our Events Team, your role will include:



Ensuring the safety of customers and staff at all times Monitoring and managing crowds and queues Dealing with enquiries from customers and members of the public in a polite and efficient manner Responding appropriately to incidents within the queues or venues Maintaining a positive working relationship with local authorities Effective response to incidents, emergencies, and preservation of crime scenes Assist with evacuation and evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency Enforce venue policies and procedures Understand and effectively apply relevant law and legislation to the role

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

SIA Door Supervisor License (desirable, but no essential). No SIA Licence will limit the events available to you) A checkable personal history including periods of education, employment, travel and unemployment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally Excellent customer service skills Security/Stewarding, 1 years experience (preferred) The ideal candidates will be reliable with excellent timekeeping skills Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
