Senior Management Accountant
London SE1 - 3 days per week office-based, remainder remote
Overview
A major UK hospitality Business is seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a high performing finance team. The role combines team leadership, commercial analysis, and business partnering, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and clear progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will take ownership of key P&L areas across multiple business divisions, whilst mentoring junior accountants and driving improvements across financial processes, reporting, and controls. This position suits a confident communicator with strong analytical skills who enjoys combining hands-on financial work with collaboration and decision support.
What you'll be doing

• Lead and coach part of the Management Accounts team
• Own key areas of the P&L and produce month-end reporting
• Provide analysis, insights and commentary to senior leadership
• Partner with budget holders to support decision-making
• Build models for forecasting, risks and opportunities
• Improve processes, controls and reporting efficiency

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in Management Accounts
• Fully qualified or QBE
• Strong Excel and financial modelling experience
• Able to present financial information clearly
• Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
