A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional qualification or part-qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Experience in management accounting within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
