Management Accountant
to take the reins.
This role isn't just about keeping the books tidy (though that's part of it). It's about building strong finance processes from the ground up, delivering accurate reporting, and giving the leadership team the insights they need to make smart, growth-driven decisions. You'll be working closely with our part-time Finance Director and CEO, so expect plenty of exposure to the bigger picture.

What You'll Be Doing
Handling daily bookkeeping and keeping financial records spot-on.
Managing purchase ledger, supplier payments, and sales invoicing.
Supporting credit control and debtor management.
Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
Overseeing payroll.
Delivering monthly management accounts and reports.
Supporting cashflow forecasting and annual filings.
Partnering with other teams to provide financial guidance.
Ensuring compliance and embedding financial best practice.
What We're Looking For
Part-qualified, newly qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (bonus if you've worked in a service-based business).
Strong bookkeeping and management accounts background.
Experience with VAT, payroll, and cashflow.
Confident user of
Xero
(knowledge of Hubdoc/Dext is a plus).
Analytical mindset, problem solver, and clear communicator.
Someone who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves but also thinking strategically.
