? What You'll Do
As our Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in:

  • Preparing monthly Management Accounts, Board Papers, and cash flow reports.
  • Supporting year-end audits, statutory accounts, and regulatory returns.
  • Leading on budget planning, business plans, and financial modelling.
  • Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to management and Board members.
This is a varied and influential role where your expertise will help us deliver robust financial information and support strategic decision-making.
? What We're Looking For
  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA).
  • Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting, and cash flow planning.
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to analyse complex data.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Desirable: Experience in housing or development sector, knowledge of FRS102, VAT, and consolidated reporting.
