Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
Analyse P&L to identify trends and improvement areas.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, revaluations, and cost centre reviews.
Manage cash flow forecasts and flag issues to senior management.
Produce reports on sales, purchases, cash, and inventory.
Conduct customer sales GAP analysis and calculate minimum cash requirements.
Support budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor expenditure and support budget control with cost centre leaders.
Translate financial data for non-financial managers.
Support the FD with decision-making and ad hoc projects.
Assist with audits and reporting.
Guide and support the transactional finance team.
Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with HMRC regulation

Experience owning monthly management accounts
A part qualified accountant studying towards professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
Strong Excel skills
Experience using SAP - Essential
Good understanding of financial principles and accounting standards

We are seeking a proactive, experienced Management Accountant to join an established finance team. You will play a key role in owning full month end processes, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
