Established in 2013, Kymel Trading operates a portfolio of hospitality venues including a boutique hotel and numerous restaurants, expansion is continuing within the existing sectors as well as the catering sector. We require a Management Accountant to play a key role in financial management ensuring accurate reporting and analysis and contributing to the strategic decision-making process
Requirement
A minimum of 5 years proven experience in accounting, finance or related field. Hospitality sector would be advantageous
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software, Quickbooks would be an advantage
Experience in multi company and group company operations
IT aptitude, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate financial information effectively
Certification such as ACA, ACCA, qualified or part qualified
Responsibilities for all Companies
Responsibility of producing accurate monthly management accounts
Responsibility of producing weekly financial reports
Responsibility of producing weekly cash flows
Produce annual and monthly budgets
Produce financial information for annual audit
Respond to auditor queries and support audit processes
Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
Preparation of P11d's
Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and procedures
Carry out other duties as directed by your line manager
