About the Role
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, driving cost efficiencies, and collaborating with department heads to provide actionable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis and commentary.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to support strategic decisions.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost control and financial optimisation.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ad hoc financial analysis.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in a management accounting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, NetSuite).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualisation tools is desirable.
