Fever-Tree is hiring for a Management Accountant as part of our UK Finance team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the correct accounting treatment for all transactions in the UK region, aligning with IFRS as well as internal reporting hierarchies;
• Own the end-to-end month-end process for UK business unit, including preparation of month-end accruals and prepayments and ensuring accuracy of postings to enable review at all levels of the reporting hierarchy;

• Ensuring intercompany recharges are processed and allocated effectively between trading subsidiaries;
• Proactive review of allocation of promotional spend with customers, ensuring data capture is correct and providing accurate reporting to FP&A;
• Deliver best-in-class reporting packs across all UK budgets to stakeholders, including detailed variance analyses, commentary and R&Os;
• Deliver dedicated P&Ls, reporting and analyses for additional revenue streams in the UK such as Events, Gifting, Cocktail Mixers and Adult Soft Drinks;
• Lead on commercial business partnering for UK Logistics and Overhead costs, including scoping out strategic opportunities;

• Provide commercial support to Finance Business Partner for Revenues, Promotions & Discounts and Marketing;
• Reconciliation of the balance sheet for UK registered trading subsidiary, ensuring that reconciling items are resolved on a timely basis;
• Partnering with FP&A and Commercial Finance to provide data on the performance of the markets on an ad-hoc basis to drive commercial decisions;
• Supporting the rest of the finance team in developing consistent processes across all regions and working on ad-hoc projects to automate and improve control.

Skills required:

• CIMA/ACCA \xe2\x80\x93 Qualified
• At least 3 years experience working in a Management Accounting team/role
• Excellent communicator, especially with non-financial stakeholders
• Highly motivated and a self-starter

• High level of proficiency in excel, able to analyse larger datasets and development of financial reports
• High attention to detail, ability to understand nuanced trends in large datasets, particularly to identify controllable and uncontrollable drivers of variances;
• Good understanding of FMCG businesses

• Experience with tangible products essential; and
• Experience in drinks industry is desirable

• Worked with large ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP etc.) and ability to consolidate data from various sources and use initiative to provide insights
