Management Accountant
Location: London, UK
Contract: Full-Time | Hybrid Working
Reports To: UK Financial Controller
We're hiring a Management Accountant to join a fast-growing, digitally focused marketing and technology business. This role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant eager to take ownership of core processes and contribute to a high-performing finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and weekly payment runs
Lead 16-week cash flow forecasting and support cash management
Oversee and develop one direct report (Accounts Payable Associate)
Support month-end close and prepare variance analysis
Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
Assist with audits, intercompany reconciliations, and fixed asset management
Requirements
Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with 3+ years' experience
Strong knowledge of accounting processes, VAT, and reporting
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and Excel/Google Sheets skills
A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to prioritise effectively
