Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team within the NFP sector. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage financial processes and contribute to the organisation's financial success.
- Prepare and manage accurate financial reports and statements.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.
- Provide support during audits and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Continuously improve financial systems and processes for efficiency.
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Qualified with a recognised professional body such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Charity SORP.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Competitive salary between 54,000 and 67,000 per annum.
