Robert Half has partnered with an engineering and manufacturing business to recruit for a Management Accountant.
Location: Rosyth, Fife (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

The Role
An excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a fast-paced engineering organisation supporting large-scale, high-impact projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end processes, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial forecasts covering revenue, profit, and cash flow.
• Provide insight and commentary to senior leadership on financial performance.
• Ensure strong financial controls, accurate documentation, and compliance with standards.
• Support subsidiary entities with transactions, tax, and financial reporting matters.

About You

• Qualified or Finalist Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with relevant experience.
• Strong technical accounting skills and analytical ability.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and confidence working with complex data.
• Proven business partnering experience with the ability to influence and challenge.
