Reporting to the CEO, the Management Accountant will play a key role in producing accurate and timely management reporting, supporting business decision-making, improving financial processes, and contributing to performance analysis across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments.
Management Accountant responsibilities include;

• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
• Produce insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
• Monitor financial performance against KPIs and business targets
• Support statutory audit and external financial reporting processes
• Review, refine, and optimise internal reporting tools and dashboards
• Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
• Assist with cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and cost analysis

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or finalist with relevant experience
• Previous experience within a Management Accountant role
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Ability to analyse data and present information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
