The Role:




Provide the business with information to assist in decision making, becoming a trusted source of business advice. Create a strong partnership between finance, management and operations which help to drive financial business results. Assist with the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts information, P&L and balance sheets to enable clear information to be shared across the business Provide Commercial Analysis to the Leadership team to monitor and influence Business Performance. Understand Cost Drivers within the business, to aid strategic decisions and identify cost saving initiatives. Assist with production of regular Statutory returns for VAT/ONS Surveys etc to external parties. Support Audit investigations and Audit work. Support completion of Branch Accounts for international sites. Assist with balance sheet reconciliations such as fixed assets, stock and intercompany transactions. Aid in Budgets/Forecasting, working with Budget Holders to deliver achievable budgets.

Keen eye for detail: We need someone that is able to spot any errors as soon as they are made and able to look into figures with key detail. Organised is a must: Working in a fast paced environment with important information and documents requires deadlines, we need someone that is well organised and self-starter. Strong communication: You must have the ability to work with the confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders across the business. Drive and passion: We want to bring someone onboard that we can help develop in their career and to achieve their own personal goals as well as business goals.

No qualifications mandatory

but appetite for studying towards an accountancy qualification preferred.

No minimum experience levels mandatory

but Strong IT skills, being proficient in Excel, Teams, and ability to learn new applications where required are key.
