About the role:
Working with an Ofsted outstanding organisation, this role will involve working with learners who are completing their L3 and L5 Management qualification across various industries. Being believers in bespoke programmes, you will use your knowledge to guide the learner and coach them through their qualification using enhanced learning techniques to ensure they have the best learner journey possible. The most important thing about this role is the ability to create intrigue and curiosity for the learner, ensuring that they go above and beyond to be better managers.
About you:
The successful candidate will hold extensive Management experience along with recognised teaching, assessing or coaching qualifications. I am particularly interested in speaking to those who hold an ICF qualification, as this organisation have a modern approach to apprenticeships, and want the learners to see true value from their time with you. This is a hybrid post, however some travel across the South West will be expected.
Package:
Salary of 30,000 - 40,000 (potential for negotiation for the right candidate)
25 days + 8 days annual leave
