The Role
The job holder will provide expert, objective advice to the business and external clients to assist in the formulation of business policies, with the aim of maximizing growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall business performance. This role involves assessing organizational functions, identifying problems, and developing and implementing innovative solutions related to strategy, processes, data, and technology. At the same time the role is responsible for supporting the team in procuring and attracting new business projects, cross sell existing clients, be the face of the company in business expo and symposiums to attract clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the functions, objectives, and requirements of the organization or client seeking advice to identify areas for improvement.
Identify problems concerned with business strategy, policy, organization, procedures, methods, and markets through observation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Determine the appropriate method of data collection and research methodology (e.g., interviews, workshops, quantitative research) and then analyse and interpret the information gained.
Formulate and implement recommendations and solutions based on research findings, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Advise management, commercial enterprises, and other clients in light of the research findings, presenting reports and proposals clearly and persuasively.
Run workshops, address seminars, and give presentations to disseminate research results and professional opinions to stakeholders.
Collaborate with client staff to manage change effectively and ensure that new processes and practices are adopted successfully across the organization.
Manage small to medium-sized projects or components of larger projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes are evaluated.
About You
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is typically required, or demonstrate extensive relevant experience.
Proven experience in a business analysis, human resources or management consulting role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex data and produce practical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
A deep understanding of the business environment to provide relevant and valuable advice.
Have proven strong vendor management experience
Have working experience of Top Employer Certification, Good Place to Work. Must have completed at least 2 audit cycles.
Proficiency in HR systems (Workday, ADP, Oracle) and MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
