Job Description
At Aral & Co, we provide consultancy services in quality management systems (primarily ISO 9001:2015), food engineering, production, construction, retail, and public institutions. We are looking for a Management Consultant to join our experienced team, particularly to guide our clients in the food sector on process improvement related to management systems, HACCP, and Food Safety.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage management systems such as ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, IOP/BRC for clients.
Analyze client processes, assess current status, and offer improvement suggestions.
Support documentation, procedure, and policy development processes.
Prepare and deliver training programs.
Manage audit preparation processes and conduct internal audits when necessary.
Maintain effective client relationships and report according to project objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in ISO 9001:2015 and other quality management systems.
Proficiency in HACCP and IOP/BRC standards.
University degree in a relevant field (preferably Engineering or Business Administration).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Lead Auditor certification.
Experience in the food industry.
Project management experience.
Proficiency in English.
Fluent Turkish.
