In this role you will join the Performance and Reward (P&R) Enablement team; which is a key pillar of Deutsche Bank HR Central Performance & Reward.

The P&R enablement team delivers Compensation Reporting and Analytics to a wide range of stakeholders (Management Board, Compensation Committees, Divisional teams and reporting to External Regulators and Vendors). You will support the end-to-end delivery of the Compensation Planning & Performance process. (Systems setup & operation)

The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Group Reward, HR Platforms, and Regulation & Governance teams to ensure effective delivery of processes.

Your key responsibilities
  • Specify and coordinate ad-hoc reporting and analysis of P&R data, ensuring output meets the desired requirements and is high quality
  • Create and manage solutions to enable accurate and timely compensation reporting, budgeting, modelling and planning in Excel and/or Access
  • Actively contribute to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R product or process e.g. HR Connect pages, system guides, manager FAQs, HR Direct training etc.
  • Hands on support and expert advice for P&R product specialists and Divisional Reward on global delivery and rollout of products, processes or policies e.g. project tracking, planning etc.
  • Manage the delivery and implementation of P&R MI products supporting processes across the Bank, from launch through to post implementation review
  • Manage and support data audits and cleanses as required and ensuring any follow up actions are completed on time
Your skills and experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, experience in Dashboard design, Data visualization techniques and automation of data feeds
  • Experienced in a MI\\Reporting environment (HR\\Finance experience beneficial)
  • Experience in handling large data sets, combining data from multiple sources
  • Strong MS Excel and Access skills. Knowledge of Power query would be extremely beneficial
  • Experience in large multisite / global organisations
  • Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
