Maintain and develop the Management Systems we work with to meet ISO and industry standards.
Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and ensure evidence of compliance is readily available.
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions to reduce non-conformances.
Provide training and guidance to staff to embed a culture of awareness in the relevant standard
Act as a link between operational teams and senior management to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Key Competencies Required:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a quality/compliance role.
Understanding of ISO 9001 (essential); awareness of ISO 14001/45001, BRC, or GDP (desirable).
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and report effectively to management.
Good Microsoft and computer skills.
