Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual, to join our Chartered Manager Apprenticeship program. This is a unique opportunity to build a successful career, combining on-the-job training with academic learning. As an apprentice, you will participate in a rotational program, gaining exposure to various departments and working alongside experienced colleagues, while developing essential operational skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities



Shadowing experienced team members to observe their work, learning about different roles, and understanding the overall operations of the company. Assisting with daily tasks and projects as instructed by department supervisors or managers. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals and deadlines. Understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and contributing to client satisfaction. Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of more efficient processes. Communicating effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. Participating in company learning and networking opportunities and events. Attending various meetings such as team, departmental, or company meetings, as well as client or supplier meetings to get exposure to decision-making processes and problem-solving discussions. Adhering to Work Health and Safety requirements, and other FERO policies and procedures, to ensure compliance and safety at work. Complying with the responsibilities outlined in the Apprenticeship Agreement and Training Plan, including attending regular progress review meetings with Work Based Learning Tutor and Reporting Line Manager.

Requirements



Essential



Have (or be predicted to achieve) at least 112 UCAS points at A Level in any discipline.

GCSE grade 4 or above in Maths and English Language (or equivalent).

A UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years before the programme starts

Left full-time education before the programme starts

The right to live and work in the UK

Skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good computer literacy. Enthusiasm to learn, self-motivated and willing to take ownership for self-development.
