Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the smooth execution of promotional events, from setup to closure, ensuring professional conduct aligned with our client\'s standards.
• Deliver confident and enthusiastic presentations and demonstrations of our client\'s products and services to boost market share and brand awareness.
• Cultivate long-lasting business relationships with quality customers to increase our client\'s revenue.
• Participate in coaching sessions, seminars on product development, and stay updated on portfolio changes.
• Contribute to the training of new team members and oversee their development.
• Efficiently handle all sales administration tasks.
• Engage in group meetings and one-on-one coaching to gain insights into various business elements.
• Meet performance and training targets, focusing on individual growth and team development.
