Management Trainee
to support the next phase of growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced training role where you'll learn the ins and outs of running a successful decorating operation -- from logistics and labour coordination to estimating and client management.
You'll work directly with the Contracts Manager, Estimator, and Director to:
Assist in organising labour across multiple sites
Support with quoting, site set-up, and planning
Communicate with clients, site teams, and suppliers
Help track progress, variations, and snagging
Learn the commercial side (costings, applications, invoices)
What We're Looking For
A solid work ethic and common sense
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn the trade
Previous experience in construction/decorating is a bonus
Full UK driving licence (or close to obtaining one)
