Summary

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our dynamic team at Puffin Produce Ltd. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn about food production industry while contributing to our mission of delivering top-quality Welsh produce to customers across Wales and the UK.

You will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, enabling you to develop a deep understanding of the entire business operation. Over the course of the 24 month programme you will gain experience initially in the technical department and you will then spend time in three key areas of the business:

26 weeks working with our Procurement and Supply team

26 weeks working with our Operations team

26 weeks in working with our Commercial team

The final 16 weeks will be spent completing a strategic business project.

Requirements

A level or equivalent school leaver, Graduate or 1-2 years experience within industry. Strong interest in developing your skills to become a future business leader Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
