About the Role

As a

Management Trainee

, you'll receive structured, on-the-job training designed to build your skills in:

Sales, marketing & campaign delivery Operations and business development Recruitment, onboarding & team leadership Client relations and account management
You'll be fully involved in the day-to-day running of campaigns, developing commercial awareness while contributing directly to company growth. From planning and executing marketing initiatives to analysing performance metrics and supporting team expansion, no two days will be the same.

As you progress, you'll take on greater responsibilities, working closely with senior management to learn the skills needed to lead your own team and drive future business success.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client campaigns Help build and manage relationships with new and existing clients Contribute to recruitment and training of new team members Track and analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven feedback Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and strategy development Represent clients professionally at events, promotions, and in-person marketing activities Gain hands-on leadership experience by taking on small projects and team initiatives
