About the Role
As a Management Trainee, you'll be equiped with the skills and experience needed to progress into management and leadership positions.
You'll rotate through key areas of the business including sales, marketing, operations, business development, and client expansion, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure to every aspect of running successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Represent our clients through tailored marketing and sales campaigns
Deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving and exceeding sales targets
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of new campaigns
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client growth strategies
Participate in team meetings, workshops, and business development sessions
Contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and campaign performance
Contribute to business development strategies and client expansion projects

Must be over 18 and eligible to work in the UK
