The Opportunity

Trainee Manager

, you'll work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience across the whole business.

Production, compliance, sales and customer relationships, you'll be learning the ropes and preparing for a management role. We'll give you the tools, training, and mentoring you need -- what we're looking for is someone with the ambition and drive to make the most of it.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be hands on getting involved in day-to-day operations Supporting teams, planning resources, and solving problems on the go Building your knowledge of the fishing and food manufacturing industries from the ground up

What We're Looking For

A Batchelors degree with a few years of Industry experience Great people skills and the confidence to work with and learn from a wide range of colleagues A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to keep learning Someone who's ambitious, dedicated and ready to take on responsibility
