Management Trainee - Sales & Marketing

. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term progression into a management position while gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting and developing sales strategies Assisting with marketing campaigns and brand growth Engaging with customers and handling enquiries Learning day-to-day business and management operations Analysing sales performance and marketing outcomes Social media management & Content creation Creation of high quality short form, video content. Assist management with any other requirements needed.

Highly motivated with a strong desire to progress into

business management

Excellent communication and organisational skills Willing to learn, take initiative, and accept responsibility Confident working both independently and as part of a team Sales-driven with a proactive mindset and the determination to achieve results Comfortable engaging with customers and representing the business Confident on camera and happy to take part in promotional content (social media, marketing, etc.)
