Management Trainee - Cheerful Links (Manchester Branch)

We are looking for ambitious individuals who will dedicate their time and effort to learning and growing within our rapidly expanding global business. Cheerful Links Group (CLG) ??? is one of the leading oriental grocers based in the heart of the Midlands, with sites in Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester, London and Norwich. Over the past few years our group has expanded rapidly, supplying to the NHS, manufacturers and wholesalers alike. We have seen immense growth in both our import and export of goods both nationally and on an international scale, making the CLG a truly global business.

In-house training will be provided, designed to equip you with the skills needed for future leadership. These posts are ideal for developing into senior management roles and for graduates who seek a challenging career path.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Gain hands-on experience by rotating through key departments such as operations, logistics, sales, and procurement. Support senior management in daily tasks, including data analysis and report preparation. Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at business growth and market expansion. Participate in special projects and learn to make sound business decisions under pressure.

Requirements:

Multi-lingual: English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin), able to speak and write in both languages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Ability to commute/ relocate to Manchester. Bachelor's degree
