Job Description

The role

To lead and manage a team of Customer Engagement Executives driving contact with customers through all channels (telephony, SMS, Email, letter etc) to engage with customers and find suitable solutions to recovery debts on which we are instructed

Main responsibilities

To ensure that the team understand and comply with the above and that they deliver services to clients in line with both regulatory and client expectations and SLAs To ensure changes to process are captured, documented, and trained to team members To be aware of associated areas of law impacting the team's delivery of its service To recognise any potential issues in cases and refer these appropriately

Skills and qualifications

Extensive experience of leading and managing teams to deliver to the highest standards Proven experience of being able to identify and support performance and development needs within the team Able to address absence and conduct issues in line with our policies and processes Previous experience of working in an FCA regulated environment. IT literate with experience of using Word, Excel and the internet Drives engagement and actively uses different forms of recognition
