We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager and assistant Manager to join our dynamic team within the hospitality bar and food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in managing a big team and experience in supervising staff To achieve the best customer care. The Manager will play a key part to manage and maintain high standards of customer care , and hospitality.
Duties
overseeing daily tasks and or operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service delivery
Supervise and support team members, including training new staff and managing schedules to optimise productivity.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and staff supervision
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
Support in organising staff rotas, conducting performance reviews, and motivating team members
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures at all times
Organising events
Assist in developing promotional initiatives to enhance guest experience and maximise revenue
Requirements
Proven experience in bar management and hospitality management with a focus on service
Previous supervising or team management experience within a bar or hospitality environment
Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and hygiene regulations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Experience with food service serving procedures and hospitality best practices
Familiarity with barista or bar service experience is advantageous
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Good communication skills in English; personable attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
