How we LEAD:
VMG Paid Media and Audience team is currently seeking a Manager, Paid Media to lead strategy in the UK market across digital advertising, influencer marketing, and more. You will work cross-functionally across many teams working closely with the marketing department to help strategize artist campaigns and advise on budgets, when/where to deploy spend, and present strategy + analysis to clients. You take a data driven approach to decision making and have experience in analyzing data to optimize and make decisions on campaigns.
How you'll CREATE:
Plan, execute, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns offering data backed recommendations working in tandem with our agency partners
Strategize paid media budgets offering insight on most effective spends to accomplish artist and campaign goals within the marketplace
Work closely with the global marketing team on campaign strategy to most effectively grow and reach audiences
Extensively research artist fanbases, prospecting audience and advise on layering that into campaign strategies in both the advertising and influencer space
Understand CRM strategies and how to leverage them for lower funnel campaign activations with emphasis on D2C/Ecomm
Leverage CRM data incorporating them into campaigns to drive growth, long-term fan engagement, retention and lifetime value
Develop close relationships and a robust rolodex of agency partners in the influencer space to help execute campaigns while leading strategy
Outreach individually to influencers looking to develop relationships with those who are the best fit for VMG and future campaigns
Collaborate and work closely with the global digital strategy team and ensure their goals and our goals are closely aligned to push forward digital conversations/engagement
Contribute meaningful reports and analyses; translate analytical findings into clear, easily understandable, actionable insights for various stakeholders (internal teams, C-Suite, and clients/labels/artist management)
Bring your VIBE:
5+ years of experience in paid media marketing with expertise in social/Adwords ad manager backends and/or influencer or media agency experience
Proficiency in paid media data analysis with the ability to dig into large datasets to interpret findings, analyze trends, gather learnings, and build future campaigns
Ability to present data in an easy-to-follow format and confidently speak on findings in meetings
Exceptional attention to detail and hands on experience overseeing both the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and is at ease communicating across teams and different levels within a large organization
Must have a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a dynamic, unstructured environment on complex projects and high-volume release schedule
Candidate must be naturally curious with a "how do I solve this" positive attitude and willing to learn in everyday situations
Strong analytical skills (particularly with Excel / Google Sheets, Google Analytics)
Experience with Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat Ad Manager accounts
Must thrive in a team environment but be able to take initiative and work independently
