We are seeking an adaptable and proactive Manager to oversee daily operations within our food takeaway establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members, including servers, and kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service Learn and manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and adherence to safety standards Manage daily operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership, and professional growth

Skills

Strong team management capabilities with excellent leadership qualities Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices would be beneficial but not essential (training will be provided). Ability to organise multiple tasks efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
