Overview:
What's The Role
The B2B PMO Manager - Service Implementation & Delivery is responsible for governing and optimizing the portfolio of services implementation projects across Network, Voice and Security Services for Liberty Caribbean. This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, align with strategic priorities and contribute positively to profitability and revenue targets. The SID PMO Manager plays a critical role in portfolio oversight, project governance, financial performance tracking and ensuring operational excellence in project execution. Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
PMO Governance & Framework

  • Develop and enforce standardized project management methodologies, tools and reporting templates across all SID projects
  • Establish governance routines (e.g. project reviews, stage gates, steering committees) to ensure alignment, visibility and accountability.
  • Provide project quality assurance to maintain delivery discipline and mitigate execution risk.
Portfolio and Financial Oversight
  • Maintain a centralized view of all in-flight and upcoming projects including scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and interdependencies
  • Track and manage portfolio-level financials including project budgets, forecasts and actual spend
  • Analyze cost-to-completion, delivery variances and resource utilization to support margin and revenue optimization
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to assess project profitability, revenue realization timelines and P&L Impact
Revenue and P&L Impact
  • Monitor delivery schedules against revenue milestones and billing triggers to support accurate forecasting and cash flow planning
  • Identify schedule or execution risk that may delay RFS (Ready for Service) or revenue recognition and proactively escalate and mitigate.
  • Recommend corrective actions to improve project-level contribution margins and ensure alignment with overall business profitability goals.
  • Lead initiatives that reduce implementation cycle time and accelerate time-to-revenue
Planning & Delivery Enablement
  • Facilitate annual and quarterly implementation planning aligned with commercial pipeline, capacity and strategic goals
  • Work with project managers and team leads to define baseline plans, identify critical path activities and allocate resources efficiently
  • Support cross-functional coordination between technical, operational, procurement and support teams
Reporting & Analytics
  • Design and deliver dashboards, status reports and executive briefings that track key metrics: on-time delivery, budget adherence, resource efficiency and revenue yield
  • Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership for prioritization, risk management and investment decisions.
Stakeholder and Risk Management
  • Serve as a central point of communication and escalation across SID projects
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to manage dependencies, align expectations, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Maintain risk registers and lead mitigation and contingency planning exercises
Qualifications:
What You'll Need
Preferred Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business or related field
PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
Agile certifications are a strong plus
Specific Knowledge/Experience/Software/Apps:
  • Strong knowledge of telecom service implementation lifecycles (network, voice, IP, UC, Managed Services).
  • Experience with project financials, revenue forecasting and cost optimization strategies
  • 5+ years experience in telecom or tech project/PMO environment with significant exposure to service delivery and implementation.
  • Proficient in performance reporting and using service delivery tools (e.g. SCCD, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
