```Duties```
Level 5 is essential but can provide a fully funded place while working on the job
- Supervise and manage a team including completing daily/monthly paperwork
- oversee the running of the nursery ensuring that everything is up to date and running smoothly daily.
- Leadership skills essential. This role includes helping to manage a team and ensure correct staff ratios are maintained in each of the play areas.
- Be able to delegate roles to others to ensure that policies and procedures are followed and the routine is followed.
- Organisation skills needed. Need to help plan and implement activities and communicate expectations for staff roles in helping to implement this.
working in play room and helping children learn and develop through play. Be able to recognise individual needs of children.
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills
- Handle parent inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and parents
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
