Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Manager to help run our fast-paced poke bowl shop. Our team is built on positivity, teamwork, and a passion for great food, and we want someone who shares these values. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage stock levels, and oversee staff performance while maintaining high standards of customer service. You will play a key role in preparing ingredients, assisting with service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience, as well as meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will be involved in the shop's social media presence, bringing creativity to marketing efforts and helping grow the business. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain supplies. Ensure all team members are following procedures and maintaining quality standards. Assist with food preparation, including morning and evening prep to ensure smooth service. Support front-of-house staff by helping customers with orders when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop. Train and support staff to uphold company values and procedures. Handle customer service issues and escalate as needed. Manage and contribute to the shop's social media presence, creating engaging content and marketing strategies. Think creatively to implement marketing efforts that drive customer engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Creative mindset with an interest in social media and marketing. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: 29,000.00-31,000.00 per year
