Job Description

Shop Manager is to maintain high shop standards by working with team and ensuring our customers have the best experience. Works closely with Shop owner, a summary of roles and responsibilities is as following.

Responsible for daily operation managing staff team Sets daily tasks for staff Understands fast food business Work with Chefs and management to create various menu deals Collect customer feedback Ensures staff remain productive Maintain day to day operating Deals with any employee relations issues as they arise Orders supplies Keep records for accounts Checks food quality Responsible to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Organises staff rota and working shifts, arranges staff to cover any sickness or staff absence Controls use of supplies to prevent wastage Processing payments /orders and Packing Processing any refund and dealing with any complaints
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 39,000.00 per year
