Job Description

Beanstalk, a global brand extension agency and consultancy, extends brands through the strategic and creative development of licensed products. The company works with leading brands, institutions, gaming/entertainment properties, personalities, and other high-profile clients to leverage licensing as a strategic tool to enhance brand awareness, increase consumer touchpoints, and generate revenue. Current Beanstalk clients include Procter & Gamble, Diageo, Stanley Black & Decker, The Met, Xbox Game Studios, Atari, Monster Jam, IPX, among others.



Beanstalk seeks a Manager with proven experience in

gaming and entertainment licensing

to support our clients' consumer products and digital partnerships programmes. This role involves overseeing and expanding multiple brands across various global markets, managing a diverse portfolio of licensees, and driving brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities include:


Researching and pitching prospective new licensees Negotiating commercial terms, finalising legal contracts, and managing contract process flow Working closely with licensees to expand product, territory, and retail opportunities Ongoing governance of licensees to ensure contractual requirements are being met Daily Licensee/Client management, including participation in calls and meetings Product Development support and tracking of licensees Internal quarterly budgeting and forecasting Tracking, monitoring and analysis of royalty reports Research product markets, industries, categories, and retail trends Travel for trade shows and client meetings




The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks required to meet and exceed the client's goals and objectives. This involves working with high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies necessitating a professional demeanour, superior listening and relationship building skills.



Beanstalk is seeking candidates with 3-5 years' experience with emphasis on licensing, sales, client management and brand building. Background in licensing, client service, retail buying/planning, brand strategy, sales, negotiation and/or consulting preferred.
