Go-to-Market-Strategie und Aufbau eines lokalen Teams

Leitung der Go-to-Market-Strategie zur Starkung der Marke Klook und Forderung von Leads sowie Kundenakquise im deutschen Markt. Aufbau und Rekrutierung eines lokalen Marketingteams fur Kampagnenmanagement, Media Buying, Social Media, Influencer-Kooperationen, strategische Partnerschaften und Affiliate Marketing. Entwicklung datengestutzter Strategien zur Optimierung von Kampagnen und Kanalleistung, um Interesse in Buchungen umzuwandeln. Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt- und Supply-Teams, um Angebote auf die Bedurfnisse deutscher Kunden fur Schlusseldestinationen abzustimmen.

Management eines lokalen Teams und von Agenturen

Fuhrung eines kleinen, leistungsstarken Marketingteams zur Erreichung von Zielvorgaben und Forderung der beruflichen Entwicklung. Steuerung und Koordination lokaler Agenturen zur Skalierung spezifischer Marketingkanale. Koordination der Partnerschaften von Ausschreibungen bis zum Performance Management und Sicherstellung effektiver Kommunikation zur Optimierung der Kampagnenleistung.

Gezielte Marketingkampagnen

Planung und Umsetzung integrierter Marketingkampagnen fur den deutschen Markt zur Steigerung von Interesse und Buchungen. Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenbotschaft uber alle Touchpoints hinweg und Optimierung der Kundenreise von der Awareness-Phase bis zur Buchung. Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsubergreifenden Teams und externen Partnern zur reibungslosen Umsetzung der Kampagnen.

Kunden-Insights & Lokalisierung

Lokalisierung von Marketingbotschaften und kreativen Inhalten an deutsche Kultur, Mentalitat und Reisetrends. Gestaltung von Kampagnen, die Markenwerte von Klook widerspiegeln und gleichzeitig lokal relevant sind. Kontinuierliche Analyse von Markttrends und Kundenverhalten zur Optimierung von Marketingstrategien. Ableitung umsetzbarer Insights zur Steigerung der Kampagnenwirkung und Starkung der Marktposition.

Dateninformierte Optimierung & Reporting

Nutzung von Analysetools zur Messung und Optimierung der Marketing- und Kanalperformance. Regelmassiges Reporting zu KPIs, Kundenverhalten und ROI im deutschen Markt. Verantwortung fur Budgetplanung und -kontrolle uber alle Kanale hinweg.

Ihr Fachwissen



Uber sieben Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in einem Start-up- oder Technologieumfeld. Kreatives und analytisches Denken mit nachweislichem Erfolg bei Kampagnen uber verschiedene Kanale (Paid-, Owned- und Earned-Media-Kanale). Erfahrung in Teamfuhrung und im Management externer Agenturen. Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf ROI und Wachstumstreiber. Fahigkeit, strategisch zu planen und operativ umzusetzen. Belastbar, anpassungsfahig und erfolgreich in einem dynamischen Umfeld. Internationale Reisebereitschaft. Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities:



Go to Market Strategy + Hiring Local Team



Strategise and lead the go to market strategy to grow the Klook brand, drive high-quality leads and customer acquisition within the DE market. Identify and hire talent for key local marketing channels including, but not limited to, campaign management, media buying, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, strategic partnerships, and affiliate marketing. Develop effective strategies to convert interest into bookings, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and channel performance. Collaborate with product and supply teams to ensure Klook's offerings align with DE customer demand for key destinations.

Manage a Local Team and Agencies



Manage a small but high performing in-house marketing team, with a strong enthusiasm to grow their career ambitions. Leverage local agencies to scale certain channels and oversee the end-to-end partnership, from tendering to continuous briefing and performance management.

Targeted Marketing Campaigns:



Drive and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the DE market, focusing on driving interest and bookings for travel to targeted destinations. Work closely with cross-functional teams and third parties to ensure seamless campaign execution, maintaining consistent messaging and a smooth customer journey from awareness to booking.

Customer Insights & Localisation:



Ensure Klook's messaging and branding resonate with the DE mentality and lifestyle, adapting campaigns and creative assets to appeal to DE traveller - be the localisation advocate across the company. Champion Klook's brand identity and values in all marketing materials and campaigns, aligning with the company's vision while adapting to regional nuances. Continuously monitor DE market trends and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Data-Informed Optimisation & Reporting:



Utilise data analytics tools to measure, track, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channel performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation. Provide regular updates to leadership on key marketing performance indicators, customer behaviour insights, and the ROI of marketing activities within the DE market. Manage budgets across all channels, including forecasting, actualizing and accruing.

Your Expertise



7+ years in a marketing role, preferably with experience at a fast paced startup or technology company A creative and analytical thinker with a track record of successful campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels Experience managing agencies and leading teams Accountability and ownership of results and ROI tracking Solid business acumen to understand key business and consumer levers that unlock growth The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Willingness to regularly travel internationally Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
