We are based in the lovely town of Bridge near Canterbury.
You will either be an experienced Manager or a Deputy looking to take the next steps in your career. Full support & training will be given to the right candidate. You will be responsible for listening to residents, managing change, maintaining and improving the standards and quality of care, recruitment and training.
The role will challenge you to use your Knowledge, skills, values and experience to lead and develop a dynamic team to provide the best possible care to all of our residents.
