Manager, Channel Marketing (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

The Marketing department enables sales by answering, "Why Dimensional?" They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional's message and philosophy. Teams within the Marketing department work to best reflect Dimensional's unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace. The EMEA Channel Marketing team works to directly support Dimensional's sales groups' goal of generating activity with clients and prospects while bringing more awareness to our brand and investment philosophy.
The Manager, Channel Marketing will be responsible for helping design, develop, and execute a dynamic marketing strategy and program for the EMEA business that aligns with our growth goals and enables our sales teams to connect meaningfully and successfully with our clients and prospects. In addition, the Manager, Channel Marketing will provide marketing support for industry sponsored regional events.
Responsibilities:In conjunction with the Head of Marketing EMEA and Channel Marketing team, help develop the annual channel marketing plan/s and budgeting based on consultation with senior leadership and key stakeholders. Own the delivery and coordination of the plan and large cross-channel strategic initiatives for EMEA sales groups. Work closely with key stakeholders across sales groups to understand the sales, growth, and business development goals and align marketing activity accordingly. Serve as a dedicated consultant for sales groups, providing insight and ideas related to how Channel Marketing can assist with business growth challenges. Provide marketing support for industry sponsored events for the region, coordinating across external vendors, sales, events, and marketing teams. Own and manage the relationships with external partners and vendors that support the delivery of the regional plans. Spearhead campaign concepts, key deliverables, promotion plan, and analytics for tracking and recording. Lead internal and external promotion of sales and marketing initiatives, identifying creative opportunities to leverage activity across regions and audiences. Work with the global marketing team on execution of global campaigns or activity within the region. Partner with other regional teams to provide marketing oversight on Channel specific initiatives where there is functional crossover (e.g., events, creative assets, etc.) Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align Channel needs to public presence and brand awareness strategy for paid media activity. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activity and marketplace opportunities/challenges to inform strategy and contribute to benchmarking.

Requirements:Significant sales and marketing experience, working with senior executives in a global business environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sound judgement and an ability to quickly establish confidence and build influence with stakeholders. Strong organisational skills, including collaborating with and across teams to achieve the best results. Adept at juggling numerous projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Ability to be a team player with an openness to feedback and desire to collaborate. Comfortable with change and ambiguity, able to solve problems even when all information is not available. Proactive self-starter who looks for solutions, takes initiative and will go the extra mile for the best outcome. Proven track record of implementing multichannel marketing strategies marketing to advisors, wealth, and institutional channels in multiple jurisdictions. Ability to analyze metrics and present information in a meaningful way. A bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field and/or relevant work experience in a similar role.

Preferred:IMC, CAIA, CFA, or MBA Previous experience of a workflow management tool (e.g., Jira). Previous experience within a CRM and email marketing system. Knowledge of compliance systems and review processes. Knowledge of additional European languages. Asset management experience with knowledge of investment products. Understanding of the EMEA regulatory environment and how this applies to marketing and distribution material.
