Salary: Starting from 50,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role:

Pristine Competitions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our fast-paced online competitions business. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving performance and profitability while maintaining brand integrity and staff discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage staff effectively Maintain a close eye on business performance and daily profit margins Ensure all content and customer-facing materials meet the highest standards Identify and implement small but impactful changes to grow the brand Enforce high standards across all staff and departments Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals Analyse data and performance metrics to inform business decisions Oversee website operations and coordinate online marketing activities Work collaboratively with directors to drive the company's strategic goals
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of managing teams and improving performance Strong understanding of web platforms, analytics, and online marketing Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Commercial awareness and attention to detail
