- Agile Business Analyst

In this role,

we

are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager

- Settlements SME

to join our team in the clearing and settlement domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial services operations.

In this role you will be responsible to provide a single point end to end accountability for the project oversight, reporting to project management team,

establish

working relationship with technology partners etc.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Practices:

Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams.

Understanding the Domain:

Cross team collaboration

Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather,

analyze

, and document business requirements.

Process Improvement:

Identify

opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain

clear communication with stakeholders, including customers, developers, product managers, and product owners.

Team Leadership:

Guide cross-functional teams to ensure high performance without compromising on quality.

Qualifications we

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

Relevant

year

s of experience in business analysis within financial services. Prior experience with clearing and settlement processes

.

Agile Certification:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar certification is

required

.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Ability to think innovatively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment
