We are searching for the best talent for a Manager Clinical Data Transparency, Data Sharing within our Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting (IDAR) team, located High Wycombe, United Kingdom. This role is Hybrid (3 days per week onsite).
Purpose:
The Data Sharing Manager serves as a subject matter expert in clinical data sharing, operating independently to manage and oversee the end-to-end process of internal and external data sharing requests. This role ensures strict adherence to J&J Privacy requirements and established procedures, supporting the organization's commitment to Clinical Data Transparency.
You will be responsible for:
Data Sharing Requests:
Managing all internal and external data sharing requests from initial receipt through to final delivery, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and procedural requirements.
Vendor Oversight:
Supervising vendors responsible for data anonymization and synthetization, from assignment of work to acceptance of deliverables. Prioritizing tasks to meet required timelines and quality standards.
YODA Project Management:
Act as the primary J&J contact for all YODA Project Requests, securing necessary clinical team approvals and ensuring alignment with J&J's policies and commitments.
External Research Support:
Providing guidance and support to external research teams utilizing J&J clinical study data, facilitating effective and compliant data use.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technology, or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/scientific fields such as biostatistics or clinical programming.
Strong understanding of data sharing, anonymisation, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving solution-oriented outcomes.
Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated customer focus and solution-oriented experience
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external business partners
Demonstrated leadership on cross-functional projects within a matrix organisation
Demonstrated leadership in decision making and problem solving
