Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our services, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. Prior experience in a Transport Sales Role essential.

Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-up. Present our products or services effectively, highlighting their benefits to meet customer needs. Identify potential sales opportunities through market research and networking. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to different audiences. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in alignment with company policies. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our offerings and expand the client base.

Skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions effectively. Proactive attitude with a drive to achieve targets and continuous improvement. Good negotiation skills to secure favourable terms while maintaining positive relationships. Basic proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with CRM software is a plus. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales expertise within a supportive team environment. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for building client relationships and contributing to the company's success through dedicated effort and professionalism.
Upon completing probationary period, a company vehicle will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-42,000.00 per year
