Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operational processes effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our strategic goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

E-commerce Store Management:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's eCommerce store, including: Managing PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Handling inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels. Coordinating with suppliers to maintain product availability. Regularly updating the online store with new products, promotions, and content. Managing customer support to ensure a seamless shopping experience and timely resolutions to inquiries.

Project and Team Management:

Act as the project manager for client-facing eCommerce projects, including: Overseeing the creation and development of eCommerce stores, websites, and graphic designs for clients. Leading marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals. Managing cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all client projects. Ensuring that all services meet company standards and client expectations, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
