Duties
Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Manage kitchen staff, including cooks and bartenders, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
Coordinate team schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
Assist in training new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in culinary techniques.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for excellent customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency within the restaurant.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Strong background in food preparation and kitchen management is highly desirable.
Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of staff members.
Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with staff and customers alike.
