We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and team management, ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise and leadership skills, making it essential for the candidate to have a passion for the hospitality industry.
Duties
Supervise daily operations within both dining and kitchen areas, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.
Lead and manage a team staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration as well as growth.
Oversee food production, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to specification and served promptly.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices in food handling and sanitation.
Train new staff members on cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during service.
Collaborate with all departsments such as front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless excution of business operations
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Strong culinary experience with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Previous supervising experience is required, demonstrating effective team management skills.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
