We are looking to fill all positions management positions for a new venue in Ackworth, to oversee operations, drive sales and manage our venue. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on food standards, guest experience and delivering great quality drinks, all with timely service. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to supervise staff, ensure high standards of service, and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and bartenders, to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop and implement training programmes for staff to enhance their skills in food preparation and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment by providing support and guidance to team members.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions within the hotel or establishment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is an advantage.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members alike.
