Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Supervise and train team members to maintain high service and hygiene standards
Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly
Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplier orders
Ensure compliance with
food safety and hygiene regulations
Support with cash handling, tills, and daily sales reporting
Assist in food preparation and maintain product quality control
Drive sales by motivating the team and identifying upselling opportunities
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in the food or quick-service restaurant industry
Prior experience in a
supervisory or managerial role
preferred
Strong understanding of
food safety and hygiene standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and hands-on approach to team management
